We just received our Moser Engineering Ford 9" rear end. It has the Chevy bolt pattern on the housing ends and it also has a c-clip eliminator. This is a very good thing because it keeps your axles from sliding out if you break a axle, but I don't think that should be a problem for us because we also got a pair of their 31 spline axles that completely dwarf the stock axles.
